Written Update of Anupama 4 July 2025: Preet practices dance with full enthusiasm, but Anupama tries her best to stop herself from joining the dance. Bharti silently observes Anupama’s restlessness and understands that Anupama is hiding her true feelings. Deep inside, Anupama knows that Rahi is living the same dream that she once saw for herself – of running a dance academy. Still, she tells herself that she should be happy in Rahi’s happiness, but somewhere in the corner of her heart, there is also the pain of her unfulfilled desires.

Rahi’s struggle to find recognition

Meanwhile, Prem and Pari are worried about Rahi’s growing inferiority complex. Rahi herself admits that she is not as good a dancer or cook as Anupama and she is tired of being compared to Anupama all the time. When Mahi tries to defend Rahi in the wrong way, Prem scolds her and sternly says that nothing will be gained by resorting to dishonesty. Pari also clearly warns Mahi that her drama will not work anymore. Rahi’s anger increases further when no student takes admission in his dance academy. This makes Prem suspect that there is a conspiracy.

Anupama supports Preet and Bharti

Preet hurts her leg during dance practice. Anupama immediately helps her. Bharti sees all this and gets jealous that she too can feel pain again – the same pain that reminds her that she too was once a dancer. Anupama and Preet’s encouragement gives Bharti new hope and she decides that she will write scripts for the radio while recovering. Meanwhile, Preet starts to feel that Anupama is hiding her true feelings. Bharti agrees and says that Anupama has a deeper heart than it appears.

Kinjal’s struggle for self-respect

At Shah House, Kinjal cries and tells Hasmukh that Gautam is responsible for her losing her job. Gautam himself soon reaches Shah House and openly admits that he tried to bribe Kinjal, but she refused. Gautam threatens her that he will ruin her career. Paritosh questions Kinjal’s decision, but Kinjal clearly says that Anupama has taught her self-respect and she will not compromise at any cost. She promises to find another job soon.

Anupama’s honesty and courage

Meanwhile, Anupama gets a food order and then a disturbing call from Manohar. Manohar feels uncomfortable with Tarun’s sudden arrival. Anupama consoles him and immediately leaves to meet him. On the other hand, at Anuj Dance Academy, Khyati ignores Anupama’s calls, making Parag suspect that she is up to something wrong. Khyati openly admits that she is jealous of Rahi’s success and wants to do the same to him as Vasundhara did to her. The two have a fight, which brings out Khyati’s bitterness and jealousy.

Tarun’s deception and Anupama’s courage

Tarun tries to force Manohar to sign some papers. But just in the nick of time, Anupama arrives with the police. Tarun tries to evade her words, but Manohar reveals the truth. In anger, Tarun curses his father and refuses to perform his last rites. A heartbroken Manohar breaks all ties with Tarun and thanks Anupama for supporting him with honesty and courage. He reminds Anupama to start preparing for the dance performance as time is running out.

Precap: Anupama’s new mission

In the next episode, Anupama learns that Savita is facing atrocities from her husband and in-laws. Anupama decides that she will get justice for Savita. On the other hand, Rahi learns that Prem has already met Anupama, which brings a new twist to the story.
