Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai latest episode opens with Abhira thinking deeply about Myra’s drawing and the number “5000.” The repeated appearance of this number confuses her, reminding her of a dream she recently had. Before she can think further, Abhir arrives with a large parcel. He tells her that Manish specifically asked him to deliver it secretly.
Curious, Abhira wonders why Manish keeps sending hidden parcels instead of meeting her himself. Abhir casually asks her to return to Japan with him, which shocks Abhira. When she questions him, Abhir brushes it off and tells her to enjoy the parcel first—they can talk later.
Abhira Receives Her Family Tree
When Abhira opens the parcel, she is overwhelmed to see her family tree. The sight makes her emotional as she realizes she is not alone—her entire family’s blessings stay with her. Inside, she also finds a heartfelt letter from Manish.
In his message, Manish tells Abhira that 4,999 challenges have already been overcome, and now it is her responsibility to carry the family legacy forward. He encourages her to keep the family connected and later pass the legacy to Myra.
The weight of the responsibility breaks Abhira emotionally. She fears she cannot fulfill the legacy because the Poddar family is falling apart. With Kaveri separating from the family and others drifting away, she worries that she won’t be able to pass the united family tree to Myra.
Abhira’s Promise to Save the Poddar Family
Seeking strength, Abhira stands before Hina’s picture and asks for guidance. She vows to protect the family legacy at any cost and promises to bring the Poddars back together.
Meanwhile, Arman notices Myra holding balloons. Myra explains that Madhav brought them to celebrate her school’s 50-year completion event. But Arman points out that the balloon reads “5000,” not “50.” Myra says the balloon seller must have made a mistake. She then asks why the Poddar family is still sitting separately when Arman stopped the division.
Abhira Calls the Poddar Family Together
Soon, everyone receives a message from Abhira. Arman rushes to check on her, and she admits she is not okay. She tells the Poddars about her family legacy and requests their support so she can properly honor it.
But Kaveri and Vidya refuse, saying it is her personal matter. Krish adds that no one is interested in such stories. Tanya comments that they are not schoolchildren, and the happy Poddar family no longer exists.
Arman steps in and reminds everyone how Abhira has always stood by them. He urges them to support her just this once. Reluctantly, Kaveri agrees and gives Abhira one hour to do whatever she wants.
Abhira Shares the Legacy of Akshara, Naira, and Akshu
Excited, Abhira prepares the celebration and thanks Arman for standing with her. Arman assures her that this won’t be their last celebration together.
The family gathers as Abhira begins narrating the legacy. She starts by telling the beautiful journey of Akshara and Naitik, explaining how their arranged marriage slowly blossomed into deep love. Though they once faced separation, their family played a key role in reuniting them.
The episode ends with Abhira hoping this story will inspire the Poddar family to stay together.
