Episode starts with server Govind suddenly fainting while serving food to Savi and Neel. The team members panic and immediately rush to help Govind. Neel checks his pulse, which seems weak. He immediately performs first aid and asks Savi to call an ambulance. Govind regains consciousness with Neel’s timely CPR. All the team members thank Neel for saving Govind’s life. The ambulance arrives and Govind is taken to the hospital on a stretcher.
Sai tells Savi that Neel is a very good person and she also wants to become a doctor like Neel. Savi silently prays that Neel gets his old memories back soon.

Next day surprise
Later, Sai secretly tells Neel that the next day is Savi’s birthday. The two together plan something special for Savi. The next morning, Savi wakes up to the sound of the alarm and sees that Sai is not around. She gets a bouquet of flowers with a note from Neil on it – she doesn’t remember how he used to celebrate her birthday before, but now he will make every birthday special. Neil asks her to walk on the path of flower petals where she will find surprises. He gives Savi her first gift, a beautiful saree. As she reaches the hall, flower petals start raining on her. Neil and the whole family come out and wish Savi a happy birthday.
Neil says, “I don’t know how I loved you before, but now I will love you in a new way every day.” He opens a gift – a gold chain and pendant. Neil asks Savi if she liked it or not. Savi nods and says yes. Neil puts the chain around her neck and is about to kiss her forehead when Savi stops him. She says, “I am not your wife, and Kian and Sai are not your children. Please stop.” Suddenly, Neil faints.
Saavi panics and apologizes. Neel regains consciousness and asks her why she apologized. Saavi realizes that all this was just her dream – she hasn’t told Neel the truth yet. She composes herself, just then Leena passes by. Vinod follows her. Leena expresses concern about Neel showering love on people who are not his true family members. Leena fears that Neel might forget them forever. Saavi assures Leena that as soon as Neel gets well, they will all leave. But Leena accuses her of taking advantage of Neel’s illness and creating drama.
Meanwhile, Neel learns from Sai that Saavi went to meet her parents. When Saavi returns, she tells Leena that she understands her pain and returns the gold chain saying that she has no right over it. Neel sees all this and thinks about how his relationship with Saavi was before.
Neil’s confusion
Later, Neel asks Prachi about her past relationship with Savi, but Prachi dodges the question. Neel asks Yash too, but Yash dodges the question. Upset, Neel starts drinking and wonders why Savi is not comfortable with him. He tries to remember his past but fails and shouts. Savi comes to stop him and says that drinking right now is harmful for him. In the fight between the two, the bottle falls and breaks. Savi cuts her hand while collecting the glass pieces. Neel immediately cleans her wound and scolds her lovingly, asking why she is so careless. He says, “I don’t remember much, but it seems necessary to take care of you.” Savi remembers the time when Neel always supported her in difficult times.
Neil tells Savi that he has forgotten everything, he only remembers her and the kids. He says, “I will become lifeless if you leave me.” Saavi wonders if Neel has fallen in love with her again. Neel asks why she returned his mother’s birthday gift. Was there any distance between them before or has she just come to treat him? Saavi cries and hugs Neel.

In the next episode, Neel dances happily with Saavi. Bhagyashree watches all this from a distance and thinks angrily, “Saavi, you are celebrating with your new family, but I will bring back my grandchildren. I won’t let you win.”
