The latest episode of Sampoorna opens on a tense note as the head nurse confronts Akash. She questions why his wife signed a petition against him and walked out. Akash, trying to defend himself, claims Mitti acted emotionally and misunderstood him. He adds that she now regrets her decision and has already returned to his side—before walking away.

Meanwhile, the hospital staff whisper among themselves about Akash’s behaviour. Some express concern, while others judge him harshly. A senior doctor steps in, reminding everyone that their job is to focus on patient care, not indulge in gossip. He insists Akash is an excellent doctor. Akash overhears every word and silently leaves, clearly affected.

Mitti Tries to Reconnect With Chirag

Mitti arrives with food for Kuljeet and requests her to feed Chirag. Kuljeet hesitates and encourages Mitti to do it herself, but Mitti stays firm. Eventually, Kuljeet agrees and heads toward Chirag’s room.

At the same time, Prithvi scolds Akash for making a dramatic appearance at the hospital. Akash argues that by showing up confidently, he can make people question the rumours surrounding him. He even claims he’ll manipulate public perception—turning truth into lies and lies into truth. Akash reveals his plan to win back respect by successfully operating on VIP patients. When Prithvi points out that Akash hasn’t worked for months and all patients are assigned to other doctors, Akash dismisses his concern and orders him to get the list. Reluctantly, Prithvi leaves.

An Emotional Reunion Through the Window

Mitti softly knocks on Chirag’s window. He pulls the curtain back and instantly recognizes her. With teary eyes, Chirag tells Mitti he wants to leave with her and begs her to take him away. Mitti gently asks him to open the door.

Kuljeet walks in with a sandwich for Chirag, but Mitti steps in, offering her own sandwich so they can eat together. Chirag brightens instantly and agrees.

Separated by the window, Mitti and Chirag eat their sandwiches together—sharing a moment filled with love and longing. Mitti lovingly tells Chirag that he must never skip meals, promising that she too won’t eat unless he does. She makes him seal the promise with a pinky swear.

When Kuljeet signals that Rohit is on his way, Mitti prepares to leave. Chirag gives her a tight, emotional goodbye hug, leaving Mitti overwhelmed as she walks away.

Precap: A Shocking Discovery and a New Threat

The upcoming episode of Sampoorna promises intense drama. Akash and Prithvi examine CCTV footage and spot Satendra, which leads them to realize Naina is hiding with him. Akash instructs Prithvi to keep a close watch on Satendra’s house.

Meanwhile, two men disguised as doctors show up at Satendra’s home. They convince Jitendar that Satendra sent them to check on Naina, and he unknowingly lets them in.

When Satendra returns with Mitti, he learns two “doctors” have entered to examine Naina—something he never arranged. Sensing danger, Satendra quickly rescues Naina from the fake doctors.

Worried, Satendra tells Mitti that Naina is no longer safe at his house, especially now that Akash knows her location. Mitti then reveals she knows someone trustworthy who can protect Naina—someone who has survived a similar ordeal.
