The latest episode of Sampoorna opens with a heartfelt moment between Mitti and Amrita. After their conversation, Mitti realises that fighting Akash for Chirag’s custody might backfire and she could end up losing him entirely. Grateful for Amrita’s honest advice, Mitti decides that her priority now is to find a job and create stability for her unborn child. She thanks Amrita and heads out with a renewed sense of responsibility.
Meanwhile, at Rohit’s house, tensions rise when he brings food for Chirag. The little boy refuses to eat, reminding Rohit that he won’t obey someone who called his mother bad. Frustrated, Rohit loses his temper and almost hits Chirag, but Kuljeet steps in just in time. She scolds Rohit for raising his hand and declares that she will no longer leave the house because Chirag needs her protection. Upset and scared, Chirag locks himself inside his room.
Back at her home, Mitti hears the sound of a Royal Enfield and instantly thinks Satendra has come to check on her. She finds a sweet note from him saying he has left some home-cooked food and insists she eat properly. Touched by his care, Mitti realises that she must take better care of herself — both for Chirag and her unborn baby. As she eats, she wonders whether Chirag has had anything at all, while at his home, Chirag misses her deeply.
The next morning in the hospital, Akash arrives for work and greets the residents caring for his patients. But soon, the head nurse confronts him. She questions him about Mitti leaving him and points out that she even signed Naina’s case reopening petition. She bluntly asks whether Mitti believes Akash is responsible for Naina’s condition. Akash tries to defend himself but is clearly disturbed by the growing doubts around him.
Elsewhere, Kuljeet calls Mitti in a panic. She reveals that Chirag hasn’t eaten anything since yesterday. Mitti asks if Akash tried feeding him, but Kuljeet explains that only Rohit attempted, and Chirag refused. With Chirag still locked inside his room, Kuljeet begs Mitti for advice. She promises to bring Chirag to Mitti as soon as he opens the door, but Mitti refuses, fearing Akash might snatch him away again if he finds out.

Precap: A Shocking Twist Ahead for Sampoorna
In the upcoming Sampoorna episode, Akash and Prithvi review CCTV footage and spot Satendra, immediately realising that Naina is with him. Akash instructs Prithvi to monitor Satendra’s house closely.
At Satendra’s home, two goons disguised as doctors arrive, claiming they were sent to check on Naina. Jitendar innocently lets them in. Moments later, Satendra returns with Mitti and discovers the so-called doctors examining Naina. Realising the danger, he quickly rescues her.
Satendra tells Mitti that Naina is no longer safe there because Akash now knows her location. Mitti then says she knows someone who can protect Naina — someone who has faced the same struggles as her.
