The latest episode of Sampoorna begins with intense tension as Jasleen questions the nurse about Naina’s health. She anxiously asks whether the doctor has shared any updates and when Naina might regain consciousness. The nurse gently explains that there is still no certainty, and recovery will take time before she leaves the room.
Mitti walks in just then. Recognising her, Jasleen demands to know why Mitti has come to the hospital. Mitti hurriedly tries to explain that Akash is on his way to kill Naina. She reveals that Naina’s uncle informed Akash about the possibility of Naina waking up — something that could expose Akash and send him to jail. But Jasleen, still seeing Mitti as Akash’s wife, refuses to believe her.
Meanwhile, Simran spots Akash stepping out of his car. The security guard stops him, saying he cannot park there as ambulances need the space. Akash quietly drives away. Realising the danger, Simran rushes inside the hospital.
Simran reaches Jasleen and Mitti and confirms that Akash has indeed arrived. Hearing this, Jasleen finally believes Mitti’s warning. Worried that Akash will recognise Naina, Mitti decides to bandage Naina’s face to protect her identity.
At the same time, Satendra — disguised as a doctor — helps a ward boy move Naina out of the hospital. Akash walks right past them but fails to identify Naina due to the covered faces. Soon after, Jasleen and Simran join Satendra, and together they safely escort Naina out.
Inside the room, the nurse checks the patient on the bed, turns off the lights, and leaves. On her way out, she informs Akash that everything is fine.
Akash enters the dark room, believing Naina is lying on the bed. He mocks her, saying women look their best when silent, but her awakening would create problems for him — which is why he came to kill her. As he raises his hand to stab her, Mitti grabs his wrist just in time. Shocked, Akash realises it is Mitti lying there instead of Naina.
When Akash asks what she is doing there, Mitti confronts him and vows to expose the truth he has been hiding. She tries to press the emergency button for help, but Akash stops her. He shoves Mitti aside and escapes from the room. Mitti runs after him.
In the parking lot, Akash hides before slipping away unnoticed. When Mitti reaches outside and doesn’t find him anywhere, she breaks down in frustration and fear.
Satendra arrives and tries to calm her. Mitti confesses that although she knew Akash would try to kill Naina, seeing him in the act made her realise how blind she had been to his real nature.
Later, Mitti tells Jasleen and Simran not to mention that Naina is with her. She insists they should all say they don’t know where Naina is. She promises to do everything in her power to protect Naina. Simran praises Mitti’s courage, saying she’s risking everything for someone who isn’t even related to her. Mitti responds that they share a bond of pain, which is stronger than blood.
The episode ends on this emotional note.
