The latest episode of Sampoorna opens with Mitti recalling Naina’s words and deciding to head to the hospital. Meanwhile, Roshini talks to her husband about how their family group chat only has “good morning” messages. Her husband reminds her that this is her sister’s in-laws’ house and they cannot stay here for long. He informs Roshini that they will be leaving in two days.
Just then, Roshini receives a shocking video link of Naina. In the video confession, Naina admits that all her allegations against Akash were false. She clearly states that Akash never had any physical relationship with her and that the baby she is carrying does not belong to him. Naina further confesses that she framed Akash purely for money. She apologizes to Akash and his family for ruining their reputation.
Akash’s Family Gets Relief
Akash’s family breathes a sigh of relief after watching Naina’s confession video. Even in jail, Akash remains calm and sings a classical song. Meanwhile, Satyendra also watches the video on his phone and realizes the truth.
Mitti Determined to Meet Naina
Gudiya calls Mitti and tells her not to visit Naina in the hospital, urging her to watch the video instead. Although Mitti sees the confession clip, she insists on meeting Naina face-to-face for answers. At the hospital, Naina’s family prepares to take her away. Her uncle receives a phone call and steps aside, while Jessi secretly asks Naina how much money she received for framing Akash. Before she can answer, her uncle stops her from speaking to anyone and takes her away.
On the other side, Satyendra shows Akash the video and congratulates him. However, Akash feels that Naina might have confessed under pressure. Satyendra also suspects foul play, pointing out that either her allegations or her confession is a lie—and the police will soon uncover the truth.

As Naina leaves the hospital with her family, reporters bombard her with questions. They demand to know if her confession video was made under pressure, but Naina chooses to remain silent.
Mitti Misses Naina Again
Mitti reaches the hospital but finds Naina already leaving with her family in an ambulance. She tries to chase the vehicle but fails to catch it. Reporters then question Mitti, accusing her of pressuring Naina to withdraw the case against Akash. Sandy and Gudiya quickly intervene and take Mitti away.
Despite everyone asking her to let things go, Mitti vows that she will not rest until she gets the truth from Naina. Her mother calls, instructing her to return home immediately, as Rohit and Prithvi are on their way to pick her up.
