The episode begins with Satendra confessing his feelings to Mitti, saying that even though she moved on 14 years ago, he never could. He admits it’s not her fault, but neither is it his. Satendra insists he doesn’t wish to be with her but only wants her to acknowledge that he’s always stood by her. Mitti, uncomfortable with his words, firmly asks him to leave and walks away.
Meanwhile, Akash’s father tells Kuljeet to take her medicine. Kuljeet suspiciously asks if the medicine was given by Akash. When Rohit confirms it, she angrily says that anything Akash offers her will feel like poison. Shocked, Rohit questions her outburst, but Akash’s father tries to calm her down. Kuljeet refuses to stay there any longer and asks her husband to book tickets immediately. She tells Rohit to pack his bags and come along, but he refuses, saying he’ll stand by his brother during this difficult time.
Elsewhere, Jitendar mocks Satendra, calling him a man who lost his police job and beats people up—a goon. He taunts Satendra for losing his position and now risking his life unnecessarily.
At Satendra’s house, Jessi arrives with troubling news. She tells him that Akash has used all his connections to file an FIR against Mitti. She urges Satendra to take immediate action to protect her.
Mitti, on the other hand, recalls a touching memory from the past. When she was traveling on a bus with Chirag, he got hungry, and she didn’t have any food. The conductor offered her something to eat, which she gave to Chirag. That moment made Mitti vow to give her son a better and happier life.
Later, Satendra visits Mitti’s house. She becomes anxious, asking why he’s there and warning that if the landlord sees him, she could lose her rented home. Satendra reassures her that he won’t let that happen and asks her to promise she won’t leave without informing him. Mitti, clearly upset, tells him that if he believes his feelings are love, it’s just an illusion. Offended, Satendra replies that she has no right to question his emotions—he only wishes to be her support and fight alongside her. Mitti, however, stands firm, asks him to leave, and shuts the door. Despite her words, Satendra stays outside her door the entire night.

Satendra tells Mitti that Naina is showing signs of recovery. Meanwhile, Akash confides in Prithvi, fearing that if Naina wakes up from her coma, everyone involved in the case—including him and the suspended officer—will be in danger. Akash tells Prithvi that they must stop Naina before she regains consciousness.
Mitti remarks that Akash must have already found out about Naina’s recovery.
