The latest episode of Mannat begins with an intense sequence where Mannat searches frantically for Aishwarya. She finally finds her hiding inside a room and immediately alerts Dhairya. Acting swiftly, Dhairya points his gun at Aishwarya and warns her to surrender. However, Aishwarya takes a shocking step — she grabs a child and threatens to harm him with a knife. Both Mannat and Dhairya plead with her not to hurt the child.
In a desperate move, Aishwarya takes Mannat hostage, holding the knife against her. She accuses Mannat of ruining her life and vows revenge. Dhairya firmly orders her to drop the weapon, warning that she won’t escape alive if she doesn’t comply.
Meanwhile, Gagan stops Mallika from leaving the house. Mallika, frustrated, tells him she regrets trusting him before and won’t help her mother anymore. She insists that Aishwarya harbors hatred toward Shruthi, and if she ever escaped prison, she would go after Shruthi — not her. Gagan realizes Mallika might be right and decides to warn Shruthi about the potential danger.
As Gagan prepares to leave, he tells Mallika to stay in her room and not step out. But as soon as he leaves, Mallika tries to sneak out. Neetu spots her and locks her inside the room, leaving Mallika angry and helpless.
Back at the tense scene, Vikrant begs Aishwarya to let Mannat go. Taking advantage of a moment’s distraction, he pulls Mannat toward him. Seizing the opportunity, Dhairya fires his gun — Aishwarya is shot. Soon after, Vishaka appears disguised as a nurse and announces Aishwarya’s death before quietly leaving the place. Mannat is left in shock as Vikrant tries to comfort her. Another doctor later confirms Aishwarya’s death, leaving Mannat completely heartbroken. Dhairya apologizes to her and consoles her, but the grief overwhelms Mannat, and she faints.
Later, the focus shifts to Shruthi, who becomes emotional after seeing a ring. When Neetu asks about it, Shruthi reveals she had saved money to buy the expensive ring for Aishwarya because she always loved luxurious things. Shruthi expresses her love for Aishwarya, saying that even though Aishwarya valued money more than relationships, she still cared deeply for her. Neetu apologizes for her past behavior, admitting she judged Shruthi harshly. Shruthi, with a kind heart, forgives her, saying that everyone makes mistakes. Touched by her compassion, Neetu asks Shruthi to accept her as an elder sister.
Meanwhile, Dhairya begins investigating Aishwarya’s death. He demands details from the hospital staff, especially about the first doctor who declared her dead. The nurse tells him she was the only doctor on duty at that time. Later, Vikrant brings a grieving Mannat home and informs everyone about Aishwarya’s tragic death.
