The latest episode of Mangal Lakshmii begins with Neel talking to his friend over the phone. He complains that even though Delhi is a big city, life feels dull. His friend urges him to return to Mussoorie so they can enjoy their old bicycle rides again. But Neel refuses, saying he would never leave such a luxurious lifestyle. Feeling hungry, he heads toward the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Sowmya watches Neel making a mess on the floor. Seizing the opportunity to create drama, she steps intentionally on his shoe, slips, and screams Adit’s name. Adit, Mangal, and Kusum rush in to help her. Adit notices an injury on her hand and immediately takes Sowmya to the hospital. In her mind, Sowmya tells herself that she can endure this pain if it means hurting Mangal.

At the Hospital – Accusations and Misunderstandings

At the hospital, Adit demands to know who left the objects on the floor. Before Neel can confess, Mangal takes the blame and says she placed them there. Adit lashes out, accusing her of doing it deliberately. He warns Mangal that if anything happens to his baby, he will never forgive her.

Although Mangal insists it was an honest mistake, Adit refuses to listen. Neel feels guilty, while Kusum also reprimands Mangal for her carelessness. Adit angrily calls Mangal selfish and repeats that if anything happens to the baby, he will never look at her again.

The doctor arrives, and Adit anxiously asks about Sowmya and their baby. The doctor says Sowmya is fine but tragically announces a miscarriage. Adit collapses in shock while Mangal rushes to console him. He angrily tells her, “You must be happy now after snatching my baby.”

Kusum prevents Mangal from entering Sowmya’s room and questions why she has changed so much. She accuses Mangal of taking Sowmya’s kindness for granted and says, “She cares for your children, yet you killed her baby.”

Moments later, a nurse reveals that Sowmya and her baby are completely safe—the miscarriage happened to another patient. Everyone breathes a sigh of relief.

Sowmya Continues to Play Innocent

Inside the room, Sowmya becomes emotional and tells Adit she cannot survive if anything happens to their child. Adit comforts her and promises to take extra care of both her and the baby. Mangal watches them from outside, heartbroken.

Kusum enters and thanks God for protecting Sowmya and the baby. She promises to take care of Sowmya until the delivery. Sowmya slyly agrees and then asks who caused the hall accident. Adit says it was Mangal. Shocked, Sowmya wonders why Mangal took the blame. She thinks Neel should have been scolded—and that Mangal is meddling too much in order to impress him.

Neel apologizes to Mangal, saying he never expected his belongings to cause such a big issue. Mangal says she would never forgive herself if something happened to Sowmya or the baby because of his mistake. Sowmya overhears them and becomes jealous, thinking Mangal is trying to win Neel’s attention.

Mangal Warns Sowmya About Her True Intentions

When Adit steps out, Mangal enters Sowmya’s room. She confronts her directly, asking why she deliberately fell after seeing the objects on the floor. She demands to know what plot Sowmya is hatching now. Pretending to be innocent, Sowmya says she thought Mangal came to apologize.

But Mangal is not convinced. She tells Sowmya that despite her glamorous makeover, her intentions remain the same. She accuses her of manipulating Ishana, creating rifts, and trying to turn Neel against them. Mangal firmly says that a woman who can use her own unborn child as a shield can never be trusted around her children.

Before leaving, Mangal warns her: she will not let anyone harm her family—not even Sowmya.

Sowmya then vows internally that this time she will snatch Mangal’s children from her at any cost.
