The latest episode of Jhanak opens with an intense confrontation as Sanjhbati questions Rishi about his true feelings. She directly asks him whether he still loves Aditi. Rishi admits that he does, yet he also insists that his emotions for Jhanak are sincere. This leaves Sanjhbati confused—if he loves Aditi, why did he fall for Jhanak?
Sanjhbati reminds Rishi that Aditi is his wife and deserves respect and clarity. She wants to know whether Rishi ever confessed to Aditi that he has feelings for Jhanak. Rishi says that he only shared the truth with her. She urges him not to hurt either woman and suggests that if possible, he should cut ties with Jhanak to avoid further complications. But Rishi refuses to do anything that would leave Jhanak distressed.
Aditi Learns the Truth at Home – Tension Rises
Meanwhile, Aditi questions Mishti about what happened at the college. Mishti reveals that Rishi arrived with Sanjhbati and even recorded the entire incident. Putul scolds Mishti for meddling, but Neelu argues that Mishti isn’t wrong—after all, Putul experienced something similar herself.
Tanushri tries to calm everyone, saying it’s a sensitive matter involving her son. Mishti goes on to say that Rishi and Sanjhbati defended Jhanak at the college. When she plays the recording, Aditi is shattered. She decides she wants to return to her maternal home, refusing to stay in a place where she feels betrayed. She claims that Rishi accepted Jhanak as his wife in public and lied to her.
Mishti refuses to go back to college, blaming Jhanak for her humiliation. She says Jhanak spoke privately with Rishi after the meeting and that Ayush came forward to protect Jhanak too. With so many people supporting Jhanak, Mishti feels she can no longer face anyone.
Aditi declares that she can no longer tolerate the situation and wants to leave the house immediately. Indumati tries to convince her to stay, reminding her that she is Rishi’s wife. Abhimanyu promises to speak to Rishi. Putul defends Jhanak, insisting it was a trap and that Rishi and Sanjhbati only wanted to protect her. But Aditi snaps, accusing Putul of failing in her own marriage and resenting others’ happiness.
Rishi Returns Home – The Conflict Explodes
Rishi arrives and lashes out at Mishti for her actions, calling her behaviour shameful. Tanushri then questions why he supported Jhanak over Mishti. Aditi confronts him, demanding a final decision. She accuses him of lying because he once said he never accepted his marriage with Jhanak, yet he admitted in college that Jhanak was his wife.
Abhimanyu joins in, saying Rishi is destroying the family’s reputation.
Aditi presses Rishi again—why did he go to the college? Rishi explains that he is Jhanak’s guardian, and the college called him for an important meeting. Something unjust happened to Jhanak, and he supported her as any guardian would. But Aditi is furious. She asks whether Rishi was “born to protect Jhanak,” declaring that as her husband, he should prioritise her above all.
Rishi calmly replies that being her husband doesn’t mean he will stop doing what is right. Tanushri questions why he took Sanjhbati with him. Rishi clarifies that Sanjhbati went as a witness, not to take sides.
He also reprimands Mishti for locking Ayush and Jhanak in a room, calling the act disgraceful. Neelu claims that Rishi is too blinded by Jhanak’s problems to see Aditi’s suffering.
Aditi finally breaks down, accusing Rishi of lying and betrayal. She gives him 24 hours to decide whether he will completely end his connection with Jhanak. But Rishi stands firm—he will always help Jhanak if she is in danger.
Mishti Sets a Trap – A New Misunderstanding Begins
Later that night, Jhanak’s roommate casually asks her why her ex-husband left her. A tired Jhanak refuses to discuss her past and goes to sleep. Mishti then calls the roommate and persuades her to give Rishi a missed call from Jhanak’s phone. The roommate agrees.
Aditi sees the call on Rishi’s phone and becomes furious. She accuses Rishi of inviting drama into their lives. Rishi insists he never called Jhanak.
The next morning, Aditi forces Rishi to call Jhanak. When he asks her why she phoned him the night before, Jhanak denies making any call. Aditi snatches the phone and scolds Jhanak harshly, accusing her of trying to come between husband and wife. She even blames Nutan for teaching Jhanak such behaviour.
The episode ends with mounting tension.

In the upcoming episode of Jhanak, Rishi visits Jhanak’s college once again. Just then, a sudden blast shakes the premises, leaving everyone in shock.
