The latest episode of Jhanak begins with an emotional moment between Jhanak and Putul. Jhanak expresses how hurt she feels that everyone has misunderstood her intentions. Putul comforts her, assuring that one day, everyone will realize her truth and respect her. But Jhanak says she doesn’t seek validation—she only wishes for peace and happiness in the family.
Meanwhile, Indumati worries about Aditi’s well-being, and Surjeet grows anxious when Aditi refuses to open her door. He threatens to break it down if she doesn’t respond soon. As they rush upstairs, Tanushri stops Dadabhai, accusing him of only caring about Jhanak. Dadabhai defends himself, saying Tanushri has misunderstood him—he never wished ill for anyone. But Tanushri reminds him that she’s seen how he always favored Jhanak over Aditi and warns that things will get worse if something happens to Aditi.
Hearing the commotion, Jhanak and Putul arrive. Dadabhai tells them Aditi has locked herself inside. Jhanak instructs Putul to call Rishi and then heads upstairs. Rishi, alarmed, says he’s coming home immediately.
As tension builds, Indumati blames Jhanak for the chaos, but Jhanak insists they focus on Aditi’s safety instead of pointing fingers. Payal suggests calling Arshi, but Neelu tells her to wait for Rishi. Surjeet questions why they left Aditi alone when she was already upset with Rishi. Without hesitation, Jhanak breaks the backdoor and rushes into the room.
Moments later, Rishi arrives and is stunned to see the situation. Neelu angrily tells him he’ll face jail if anything happens to Aditi. Jhanak gasps in shock as she finds Aditi unconscious. She screams her name, and Rishi urges her to open the main door. As everyone enters, they are horrified by Aditi’s condition. Tanushri immediately blames Jhanak, but Putul defends her, saying Jhanak is not at fault.
Jhanak, still shaken, says she’s worried about Rishi. Neelu insists they inform Aditi’s parents immediately, while Surjeet checks and finds Aditi’s pulse is weak. Tanushri sarcastically tells Dadabhai he must be satisfied now, leaving him speechless. The family quickly rushes Aditi to the hospital, and Neelu calls Arshi to update her.
On hearing the news, Arshi loses her composure. She blames Anjana for revealing the painful truth to Aditi—that her parents abandoned her. Arshi says Aditi was already disturbed because of Jhanak, and now this revelation has broken her completely. She tells Aniruddh she won’t survive if something happens to her sister. When Bablu tries to explain, Arshi shuts him down, saying neither he nor Anjana had the right to tell Aditi the truth.
At the hospital, doctors begin treatment as Arshi and Aniruddh arrive. Arshi furiously tells Rishi’s family that they pushed Aditi into taking this drastic step. Tanushri explains that Aditi was in shock after learning about her childhood truth, but Arshi blames everyone for keeping Jhanak in their house despite all the chaos.
Elsewhere, Jhanak blames herself for Aditi’s condition. Putul tries to console her, saying she shouldn’t take the blame—after all, it was Anjana who revealed the truth first. Still, Jhanak feels guilty and prays for Aditi’s recovery. She tells Putul to keep her informed about Aditi’s condition but admits she doesn’t want to leave right now. Putul replies that if Jhanak leaves, only Dadabhai and Rishi will truly miss her.
Back at the hospital, Arshi lashes out at Rishi, accusing him of neglecting Aditi. She regrets giving him another chance and claims he married Aditi for money, not love. Rishi defends himself, saying he loves Aditi and is in pain too. But Aniruddh confronts him, saying Aditi never felt like his true wife, which pushed her to this state.
Tanushri urges everyone to stop blaming each other and instead pray for Aditi’s safety. Neelu says they should stay calm, as the doctor needs to know if any family member’s blood group matches Aditi’s. Unfortunately, Arshi reveals that no one in the family has a matching type.
