The episode of Jhanak on 25th August 2025 begins with a tense moment as Rishi rushes Jhanak to the hospital after her accident. He pleads with the doctor to save her life. The hospital staff quickly shifts Jhanak inside for treatment.
When the manager asks about Jhanak’s details, Rishi insists on filling out the form himself. But complications arise when the manager questions his relationship with Jhanak. Rishi firmly states that she is his relative and emphasizes that saving her life is the priority. To avoid delay, he even provides his own contact number, though the manager keeps pressing for Jhanak’s family details.
Soon, the doctor informs Rishi that Jhanak has suffered a severe head injury and will require multiple surgeries. Rishi desperately asks if she will survive. The doctor explains that although the surgeries are risky, Jhanak’s young age gives her a fighting chance. Since she will be moved to the ICU for tests, Rishi cannot meet her today. Overwhelmed, Rishi prays to God, wishing only for Jhanak’s recovery.
Aniruddh’s Misunderstanding
Elsewhere, Aniruddh recalls spotting Nutan at the hospital and connects it with what Jhanak once told him about her father. Misled by his assumptions, he begins to think Jhanak lied to him. Arshi’s words echo in his mind, convincing him further. He tells himself that if Jhanak were really Nutan’s daughter, Nutan would have revealed the truth. Aniruddh instead blames Nutan and suspects she is now trying to ruin Aditi’s life.
Meanwhile, Bablu informs Aniruddh that Rishi has been given a clean chit by the committee. He explains that Aditi mentioned how the members cleared Rishi because of Jhanak’s statement. Arshi immediately interprets this as Jhanak’s strategy to win Rishi’s trust, reminding everyone that she already has Dadabhai’s support. She warns that soon Rishi might also stand firmly by Jhanak’s side.
Family Divided Over Jhanak
Dadabhai firmly tells his family not to speak ill of Jhanak. Aditi argues that Jhanak has only created problems for them, but Dadabhai insists that he is alive today only because of her. He believes that Jhanak never went against Rishi in the committee meeting. Putul also defends Jhanak, saying she has done a lot for them. However, Indumati silences her and declares that no one should take Jhanak’s name in the house.
Tanushri anxiously asks about Rishi’s return. When Aditi calls him, he disconnects her calls. Later, Rishi calls Aditi back and reveals that he is at the hospital with Jhanak, confessing that he caused her accident. Shocked, Aditi questions how long she must tolerate Jhanak in their lives. But Rishi refuses to leave Jhanak in such a state. He tells Aditi that her critical condition matters more than anything else. Unmoved, Aditi reminds him that there will now be a case against him. She coldly declares that Jhanak will never leave his life, deepening Rishi’s guilt.
