Jhanak 19th August 2025 Written Episode Update: The latest episode of Jhanak opens on an emotional note, highlighting the family’s deep concern for Dadabhai’s health.
Jhanak Feels Guilty for Aditi
Jhanak tells Putul that she feels bad for Aditi, who has done nothing wrong. She even admits that she wants Rishi to marry Aditi, as Rishi means nothing to her personally. Overwhelmed with emotions, Jhanak goes to Nutan and breaks down in tears.
Parashar and Nutan Discuss Jhanak
Meanwhile, Parashar questions Nutan about why she allowed Jhanak to travel alone despite her delicate condition. Nutan explains that Jhanak did not listen to her advice. Parashar reminds her that Dadabhai is Jhanak’s in-law and expresses his wish to meet him. Nutan agrees, adding that Rishi’s in-laws genuinely care for Jhanak. Parashar assures her that Rishi will eventually realize Jhanak’s worth because she is truly special.
Soon, Jhanak calls Nutan to inform her about reaching Kolkata. Parashar takes the phone and asks about Dadabhai’s condition. Jhanak explains that the operation has not started yet due to Dadabhai’s weakness. She also says she stayed with Dadabhai, which is why she couldn’t call earlier. Parashar comforts her and promises to come to Kolkata the next day to support Dadabhai. Although Jhanak insists it isn’t necessary, he remains firm on his decision. After the call, Jhanak informs Putul, who encourages her to let them visit. But Jhanak admits she has not revealed the complete truth to her family yet.
Indumati Breaks Down
Elsewhere, Indumati weeps, saying her husband means everything to her. Tanushri tries to console her, but Indumati confesses she is missing her son Riddhiman terribly. Payal reminds her that Riddhiman himself chose to cut ties with the family. Indumati responds that this is why she has given all her love and affection to Rishi.
Rishi Struggles Between Aditi and Family
Rishi grows restless and asks Surjeet when Dadabhai’s operation will end. Surjeet explains that it is a critical surgery, so it will take time. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu asks Rishi about Aditi. Rishi vents his frustration, blaming Jhanak for creating problems. He even reveals that he promised Aditi he would leave his family for her. Abhimanyu is shocked by his decision, while Surjeet warns him not to take such hasty steps. But Rishi insists he has no other choice. Before the discussion can continue, Aniruddh arrives and assures them that Dadabhai will be fine.
Jhanak Places Her Faith in Prayers
Back with Putul, Jhanak expresses her firm belief that nothing will happen to Dadabhai. She asks Putul to bring her Kuldevta idol from home, convinced that her prayers will be answered. Putul agrees to help.

In the upcoming episode, Aniruddh questions Phool about her presence at the hospital. Aditi explains that Phool came to see Dadabhai and decided to stay. The doctor urgently announces that Dadabhai needs O negative blood to survive. At this moment, Phool reveals that her blood group is O negative and she is ready to donate blood to save Dadabhai.
