The latest episode of Jhanak begins with an emotional moment as Jhanak gets off the bus at a roadside dhaba. Confused and hurt, she wonders why Rishi is so determined to bring her back. In her heart, Jhanak decides she will never return to Kolkata. The bus conductor announces the Simulboni bus, and as Jhanak heads toward it, Rishi suddenly arrives. He pulls her bag from the bus and firmly tells her to come with him.
Jhanak questions Rishi, asking if he is really taking her to Simulboni. Rishi assures her that he will take her wherever she wants to go. Still worried, Jhanak asks about Aditi, but Rishi reminds her that he has the right to make his own life choices. Eventually, she gets into the car with him.
Meanwhile, tensions rise in the household. Aniruddh insists that Jhanak is an outsider and should be treated like one. Dadabhai intervenes, reminding him that Rishi has done the right thing by taking responsibility for Jhanak. He points out that Jhanak has faced repeated insults, and Aditi herself knows who hurt her the most. Dadabhai also warns that the villagers would not stay silent if anything happened to Jhanak.
Aditi, however, dismisses Jhanak’s departure as unnecessary drama and argues that it isn’t unsafe for her to travel alone. She insists that Jhanak left on her own choice. When the argument grows heated, Aditi suggests leaving, but Tanushri calms her down and promises to speak with Rishi once he returns.
Dadabhai proudly says that Rishi went to help Jhanak without her expecting it, showing true character. Aniruddh, however, refuses to see it that way. He questions why Rishi had to go when others could have handled the situation. Abhimanyu clarifies that no one asked Rishi to go, while Tanushri explains that he only wanted to make sure Jhanak boarded the bus safely. Aditi counters, saying if that were the case, Rishi would have been back already. She suspects he has gone to drop Jhanak home. Dadabhai supports Rishi again, saying Jhanak was not in the right condition to travel alone.
Aditi feels humiliated by Rishi’s actions, but Aniruddh bluntly tells her not to marry him if she cannot accept it. Aditi confesses that she loves Rishi deeply, to which Aniruddh replies that love always demands tests. He adds that he will not give Jhanak sympathy until he confirms her true identity as his daughter.
Later, Aditi learns that Rishi went to Simulboni to drop off Phool and will stay there for Nutan’s Shradh. Arshi comments that Rishi is no longer the same man and now loves Phool. Aniruddh quickly shuts her down, asking her not to speak that way. On the other side, Jhanak looks at Rishi and quietly recalls the moments they shared together.
The episode ends on an emotional note.
