The latest episode of Ishani opens with a heartfelt moment as Anurag’s mother hands over the locker key to Ishani. Surprised, Ishani asks why this is necessary. Anurag explains that marriage is just a formality because she is already a part of their family. His mother agrees, saying she has already accepted Ishani as her daughter-in-law, and she has every right to these responsibilities.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, the doctor advises Shashwat to ensure that Pihu never repeats such a drastic step. He explains that Pihu’s mental state is fragile and she requires therapy. Shashwat promises to take care of her. Soon, the doctor informs him that Pihu’s condition is stable but she must remain under observation overnight. Since it is a suicide attempt, the matter is also registered as a police case. Raj didi demands justice for Pihu, believing she was pushed into this decision.
The police inspector arrives and begins questioning the family. Shashwat narrates the entire situation, revealing the complicated love triangle between Pihu, Anurag, and Ishani. He claims that Anurag used Pihu only to get closer to Ishani. Being highly emotional, Pihu felt betrayed and resorted to attempting suicide. The inspector immediately asks for Anurag’s address and instructs the constable to summon both Anurag and Ishani to the police station. At that moment, Nandini points out that Ishani has not divorced Shashwat yet, but is already living with Anurag.
The inspector then speaks directly with Pihu. When asked why she made such a decision, Pihu breaks down, saying she no longer wants to live. She accuses Anurag and Ishani of betraying her. She confesses that she loved Anurag deeply, but he rejected her because of his feelings for Ishani. Their hidden past left her shattered. When the inspector asks if she blames them for her condition, Pihu firmly agrees.
The inspector explains to Pihu that suicide is never a solution and urges her to fight back. However, Pihu grows anxious at the thought of Anurag marrying Ishani. The nurse tries to calm her while the inspector reassures her that justice will be served. He even adds that, as a father of a daughter her age, he won’t spare Anurag and Ishani if they are guilty.
Elsewhere, Anurag receives a call from the constable informing him about Pihu’s suicide attempt. The constable further reveals that Pihu’s family is accusing him and Ishani of pushing her towards this extreme step. Shocked, Anurag tells Ishani everything and agrees to appear at the police station with her. He admits that they must face the inquiry together.

In the upcoming episode, Ishani tells Anurag not to worry as she has a recording of Pihu’s confession. She knew Pihu might change her statement and kept proof to protect Anurag’s innocence.
