The latest episode of Ishani opens with an emotional moment as Shashwat says that everything happens for a reason. He believes his illness was meant to bring Siddarth into their lives. Pihu feels guilty hearing this, but Siddarth consoles her, saying fate would have united them somewhere else anyway. With heartfelt emotions, Siddarth declares that he is ready to marry Pihu.
Meanwhile, at Anurag’s house, his mother reminds him how deeply he loves Ishani — and how Ishani loves him too. However, Anurag expresses his pain, saying his love is fading right before his eyes. When his mother urges him to meet Ishani, he explains that a fight broke out when she came to invite him, leaving him confused about whether to meet her again. She insists that Ishani is his future wife and encourages him to reach out. Though hesitant at first, Anurag finally agrees to call Ishani after his mother warns him not to let his ego ruin his love.
Back at Shashwat’s home, the family begins planning for Pihu and Siddarth’s wedding. Shashwat suggests fixing the marriage date soon. Siddarth joyfully says he’s ready to marry even tomorrow. Raj Didi worries about arrangements, so Shashwat proposes a simple court marriage followed by a celebration later. Pihu happily agrees, saying she’s even ready for a temple wedding. Shashwat blesses her, saying her happiness is his happiness. He asks Siddarth to take care of Pihu, and Siddarth promises to cherish her forever.
In a touching moment, Pihu calls Ishani her mother and thanks her for everything. She hugs Ishani tightly, leaving Ishani emotional. When Shashwat asks about Anurag, Pihu suggests Ishani call him. Ishani tries but finds his number busy, assuming he won’t attend the wedding.
Elsewhere, Anurag tells his mother that Ishani’s phone is busy and accuses her of moving on. He heartbreakingly says Ishani no longer loves him and asks his mother to find him a new bride, as he now wishes to marry soon.
The next day, Pihu and Siddarth arrive at the court for their wedding. Pihu beams with happiness, saying she can’t believe the moment has arrived. Shashwat proudly says Siddarth has changed Pihu’s outlook on marriage. Raj Didi becomes emotional seeing Pihu dressed as a bride and blesses her warmly. Siddarth admits he feels nervous yet excited about this new chapter in his life. Ishani lovingly advises the couple to always respect each other for a happy marriage.
Shashwat appreciates Ishani for standing by them during such an emotional time. Ishani responds that she couldn’t miss Pihu’s wedding since they share such a close bond. She expresses joy seeing Pihu settle down. Shashwat mentions he tried calling Yash but got no reply, though he’s sure Yash will come later. He then tells Ishani she can now focus on Anurag.
The episode ends with heartfelt emotions and unresolved feelings between Ishani and Anurag.
Precap: Ishani refuses to visit Anurag’s house, saying maybe everything between them is over. Pihu asks Ishani to stop thinking about Anurag for a while. Shashwat reminds Ishani that this is her home too, and she can stay as long as she wants.
