The judge asks for the eyewitness — and Gupta, the golgappa seller, steps forward.
But the man who earlier swore he would expose Dayanand suddenly switches sides. In a shocking twist, Gupta lies outright, claiming Kajal bribed him to blame Dayanand for her own kidnapping. Damini, Saurav, and Bindi are left speechless.
Displaying a stack of money, Gupta supports his lie with a fabricated narrative that paints Kajal as a dangerous woman manipulating innocent people. Bindi pleads with him to speak the truth. Damini accuses Dayanand of threatening him, but Gupta denies it all.
The truth is known only to the audience — Dayanand’s goons had cornered Gupta and threatened to destroy him if he spoke against their boss. Terrified, Gupta repeats the scripted lie.
The judge, outraged, declares that Kajal has violated her parole and misused her freedom. He immediately cancels her parole and orders the police to bring her back — “alive or dead.”

Gupta’s Lies Seal Kajal’s Fate
At the judge’s residence, Damini fights desperately to expose Gupta’s false statement. But the judge shuts her down. Bindi, heartbroken, asks Gupta again, “Why are you lying?”
But he stands firm, afraid for his life.
The judge concludes the hearing with a harsh verdict — immediate action against Kajal. The inspector accepts the order.

Aviraj and Kajal Strike a Painful Deal
Back at the hideout, Aviraj vents his frustration, tossing a knife in the air as he tries to think. Kajal watches him with fear but gathers her strength. She tells him that when the police find her, she will testify that Aviraj did not kidnap her — he saved her.
But she has one condition.
She makes Aviraj look directly into her eyes and says:
