Talking about the quarterly results of Bajaj Holdings, the company’s revenue stood at ₹ 145.26 crores in the quarter ended March 2025, while it was ₹ 1,211.84 crores in the quarter ended March 2024. At the same time, the net profit stood at ₹ 142.84 crores in the quarter ended March 2025, while it was ₹ 1,162.54 crores in the same period last year. EPS for the March 2025 quarter stood at ₹155.00, as against ₹244.10 in March 2024.

Looking at the annual figures, the company’s total income for the financial year ended March 2025 stood at ₹684.42 crore, as against ₹1,648.69 crore last year. Net profit declined to ₹494.17 crore during the same period, as against ₹1,409.61 crore in March 2024. EPS for the year 2025 declined to ₹585.90, as against ₹653.00 in March 2024.

The company has informed that the trading window will remain closed till the declaration of standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board meeting is scheduled to be held on August 6, 2025, in which the results will be approved.

Bajaj Holdings has also shared information related to TDS on dividends to shareholders. If we talk about dividend history, the company has declared several dividends recently. A final dividend of ₹28.00 per share (280%) was declared on 30 May 2025, which will be effective from 27 June 2025. Earlier, an interim dividend of ₹65.00 per share (650%) was declared on 12 September 2024, which became effective from 25 September 2024. Apart from this, on 26 April 2024, the company gave a final dividend of ₹21.00 per share (210%), which became effective from 28 June 2024.

On 14 August 1997, the company issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 with ex-bonus date of 15 September 1997 and record date of 10 October 1997. Prior to this, on 30 May 1994, bonus shares were issued in the ratio of 1:1 with ex-bonus date of 3 June 1994 and record date of 27 June 1994.
