Star Plus’ popular serial Anupama has made a special place in the hearts of the audience. This story is about a woman who tries to balance her family, relationships and self-respect. Anupama starts her own dance academy with Samar and Nandini, where all three are seen passionate about dance. But with time Nandini breaks up with Samar due to her doubts and insecurities and leaves forever.
Meanwhile, Anupama meets her college friend Anuj Kapadia, who has been in love with her for years. Gradually Anupama also falls in love with Anuj and both get married. After marriage, they adopt a daughter, Choti Anu. This time is very challenging for Anupama as she tries to handle responsibilities between her in-laws and parents’ house.
Meanwhile Kinjal gives birth to a daughter Aarya and she learns that her husband Paritosh has cheated on her. However, they reunite for their daughter. Anupama’s daughter Pakhi gets married to Anuj’s sister-in-law Barkha’s brother and foster son Adhik. Samar marries the rape victim Dimple, whose husband had left her after the incident.

Vanraj is now financially strong and pampering Samar’s son Ansh. Dimple is now serving the Shah family as a housewife. Kinjal and Paritosh are struggling in the US. Pakhi Shah is back home and raising her adopted daughter Ishani carefree after her divorce from Parikh. Kavya also has a daughter – Mahi, who yearns for her father’s love but Vanraj is unable to make an emotional connection with her as he has not been able to forget Kavya’s betrayal.
