Anupama and Devika’s Conversation
The episode begins with Anupama questioning Devika about her sudden haircut. Devika admits the day felt heavy, prompting Anupama to reveal that she already knew Rahi would choose her in the competition. Curious, Devika asks how. Anupama explains that Rahi’s satisfaction lies in defeating her, which is why she made that choice.
Devika, frustrated, calls Anupama’s children useless. But Anupama firmly responds that although Pakhi, Paritosh, and Rahi may not love her, as a mother she can never hate them. Devika is stunned by her strength and points out that Rahi is truly unbelievable. Anupama admits she once tried to reconcile with Rahi, but now she will only pray for her instead of forcing a bond.
Devika’s Hidden Secret
Devika then asks if Anupama will return to Mumbai or stay with the Shah family. Anupama confesses she hasn’t thought about it yet. Devika advises her not to overthink and hints at a surprise. When Anupama asks whether it’s a surprise or a shock, Devika avoids answering and instead hands her a diary. She tells Anupama to keep completing it as part of her bucket list, reminding her that life is unpredictable.
Anupama soon discovers a medical report and becomes restless. Though Devika interrupts, Anupama feels certain her friend is hiding something serious. She silently prays for Devika’s well-being, determined to uncover the truth.
Gautam and Vasundhara’s Concerns
Meanwhile, Gautam questions Vasundhara about trusting Rahi. He fears that Rahi and Anupama might secretly be working together. Gautam warns that if Rahi fails, the Kothari family’s reputation will suffer. Vasundhara insists that the competition is about more than just winning—it’s about family honor. Gautam vows that he will make sure Anupama does not walk away victorious.
Shah Family Supports Anupama
Back at the Shah house, everyone rallies behind Anupama. Leela urges her to take revenge on the Kotharis, and Anupama confidently assures her that she will. Manohar plans a celebration while Ansh suggests they combine it with Ganpati Visarjan. The entire Shah family cheers for Anupama’s team.
The Competition Begins
Kunal finally announces the much-awaited competition between Rahi and Anupama’s teams. Gautam smirks, convinced that Anupama will face humiliation. Meanwhile, Paritosh makes a massive bet in support of his mother’s team.
To heat things up, the host plays footage of Anupama and Rahi’s heated green room argument. While Manohar objects, calling it illegal, Kunal justifies it by saying that if participants provide drama, the audience deserves to see it. Gautam silently celebrates, waiting for his big surprise to unfold.
The judges then reveal the rules for the first round: only two members from each team will perform using a prop, which must not fall. The twist is that one member will be chosen by the team leader, while the other will be picked by the opponent. Anupama selects Devika, while Rahi targets the weakest member in hopes of sabotaging Anupama’s team.
