Anupama 5 July 2025: Sarita's hopes, Rahi's new move and Rita's truth

Anupama 5 July 2025: Sarita asks Anupama if Manohar will come today. Anupama smiles and replies that he will come some other day. Meanwhile, Sarita’s daughter insists on going on a school trip but Sarita refuses, telling her that her father did not let her go. After her daughter leaves, Sarita tells Anupama about her unfulfilled dreams and says that financial constraints stopped her from doing a lot. Anupama motivates her to dance and says that trying is more important than winning. She tells Sarita that she can share practice with her. Sarita hesitantly agrees.

On the other hand, Rahi learns that Khyati is stopping her admission but she does not blame Khyati as she understands Khyati’s pain. When Prem tells her about Khyati’s inability to forget her past relationship, Rahi decides to quit the dance competition. But Prem convinces her and asks her to form a new team with Pari and Mita. Parag and Prem encourage Rahi and make her ready to participate again. Meanwhile, Leela forces Pakhi to quit working for the Kothari family.

Leela warns her about Ansh and Prarthana. Pakhi defends her job and misses Anupama and says that if Anupama was there, she could have won the competition. Leela scolds her for not taking Anupama’s name but Pakhi says that even Leela misses Anupama. Bharti sees Anupama making noodles and questions her dancing past. Anupama is shocked at first but then reveals her past problems. Bharti gets emotional. Just then Preet comes and asks for tea and both start arguing.

Anupamaa interrupts. Preet gifts Anupamaa a pair of earrings and says that if they win, he will get her new earrings. Anupamaa and Preet are waiting for Sarita. Saritaa arrives and tells that her daughter helped with the household chores so that she can rehearse. Anupamaa names Rita and Usha but Sarita says that Rita cannot come because of her mother-in-law. Rahi’s new team- Pakhi, Pari and Mita- practises but Pakhi compares Rahia with Anupamaa which angers Rahia. Then Vasundharaa catches them dancing and scolds them loudly.

Bhartia is impressed by Anupamaa’s story and promises to keep the secret. Anupamaa remembers her strength. There are some small fights due to Preet’s small demands but Anupamaa handles everything with love. Now the stage is set for the dance competition- dreams, rivalry and emotions are going to collide.

Manohar tells Sarita that she is making a mistake but Sarita says she won’t be able to perform. Anupama asks her to be patient. Sarita then reveals that Rita is facing beatings from her husband and mother-in-law. Anupama decides to help Rita. Meanwhile, Rahi learns that Prem has already met Anupama.
