The episode begins with Anupama reading Devika’s diary. When Devika asks why she is smiling, Anupama replies that the diary feels cute, just like Devika herself. Devika reveals that after her cancer diagnosis, she made a wish list to complete before her life ends. Hearing this, Anupama gets emotional and assures Devika of her support.
Khyati’s Unexpected Apology
Khyati calls Anupama to apologize for hating and troubling her. Though Anupama is surprised, she learns that the Kotharis still refuse to forgive her. Devika advises Anupama not to accept Khyati’s apology too easily.
A Shocking Intruder in the House
Later, Devika and Anupama sense someone sneaking into the house. Determined to catch the intruder, Devika insists on helping despite Anupama’s concern. Together, they manage to catch the thief, only to discover it is none other than Paritosh. He confesses that he was hungry and even admits to selling Leela’s ornaments. While Hasmuk criticizes him, Leela decides to give Paritosh another chance. Anupama agrees but firmly warns him to change his ways.
Devika’s Emotional Birthday Celebration
To lift Devika’s spirits, Anupama organizes a pink-themed birthday party. Though Devika initially hesitates, thinking this could be her last birthday, the Shah family convinces her to celebrate. The Dance Ranis gift her a Lord Ganesh idol, and Leela blesses her with a long life. Anupama reassures Devika that by next year, she will be cancer-free and emerge as a true warrior.
Gautam’s Fraud Exposed
Meanwhile, Prem and Anil uncover Gautam’s fraudulent activities in the accounts. With Rahi’s help, they collect evidence, leaving Parag impressed by her intelligence. Khyati, on the other hand, tries to care for Parag, but he dismisses her concerns.
Family Bonds and New Hopes
Leela, who once disliked Devika, now praises her kind heart. Paritosh attempts to make a video during the celebration, but both Anupama and Kinjal warn him. Devika expresses gratitude for having the Shah family by her side, while Prarthana encourages her, saying many people have fought and defeated cancer. The Shahs continue celebrating Devika’s special day with love and positivity.

In the upcoming episode, Anupama tells Kinjal that she wants to help Devika fulfill her bucket list. Hasmuk suggests the women of the family should go on a trip. Prarthana adds that Rahi, Mahi, and Pari could join too. Meanwhile, Devika decides to visit the Kotharis, hinting at more drama ahead.
