Latest Episode Highlights, Spoilers & Upcoming Twist of Mangal Lakshmii
The latest episode of Mangal Lakshmii opens with an emotional moment as Mangal counts money to pay Neel’s school fees. Realizing the amount is still short, she becomes determined to win the Pehla Swad cooking competition instead of accepting help from anyone. She carefully stores the money in a cupboard locker—unaware that robbers nearby are watching her every move.
Meanwhile at school, Ishana’s friends tease her about Neel being her cousin. They point out how carelessly he’s playing with paper scraps. Feeling embarrassed, Sowmya approaches Neel and tells him sternly not to humiliate her in front of others before walking away. Neel is still frustrated, remembering how Mangal forced him to attend school.
As Mangal locks the cupboard and prepares to leave, she suddenly notices two suspicious men inside the house. Before she can alert anyone, the robbers grab her and try to open the locker.
At the school, Neel decides to create mischief by burning paper inside a dustbin and placing it near the fire alarm. The fire alarm blares, creating panic. The watchman quickly rushes in and extinguishes the flames, confused about how the fire even began. With chaos around, Neel scares the students and sends them away.
Ishana confronts Neel and exposes his behavior, accusing him of intentionally triggering the incident. She reminds him that Mangal is working tirelessly to give him a better life, but instead, he is behaving like a goon. Neel harshly warns her to stay out of his way before he “teaches her and her mother a lesson.”
Back at Mangal’s house, Kusum arrives with sweets but is stunned to find robbers inside. In a protective rage, she fights them off. Mangal also resists, but the goons restrain Kusum. When Mangal refuses to back down, she is pushed violently, hitting her head against a table. She collapses unconscious as the robbers flee with the stolen money.
Ishana reaches the scene just in time to see Mangal injured. Kusum urgently asks her to call a doctor.
Later, the robbers meet Sowmya and tell her they carried out her plan successfully—Mangal is injured and cannot participate in the Pehla Swad competition. Pleased, Sowmya rewards them with extra cash.
When the doctor examines Mangal, he reveals she must gain consciousness soon or be shifted to a hospital. Thankfully, Mangal wakes up. Kusum emotionally tells her she regrets the decision of living separately from the family. Sowmya interrupts, stating it’s not the right time for arguments. The doctor advises strict observation for the next 72 hours.
Hearing that the first round of the cooking competition is tomorrow, Kusum advises Mangal to withdraw. However, Mangal refuses to give up and files a police complaint. The inspector suspects the attack was pre-planned and says someone close to Mangal might be responsible. Sowmya becomes nervous.
As the police continue their investigation, Mangal insists on participating in the Pehla Swad contest, despite Ishana trying to stop her. The inspector hints again that someone inside the family is involved. Sowmya silently panics.
Precap: Upcoming Twist in Mangal Lakshmii
In the next episode, popular Bhabhi Ji joins as the guest judge for the competition. She unexpectedly pairs Mangal and Sowmya in the same team.
Mangal makes it clear she wants nothing to do with Sowmya but agrees to work together for the sake of winning. She warns Sowmya not to try any tricks.
However, as Mangal heats water in a utensil, Sowmya deliberately nudges the electric kettle, causing boiling water to spill toward Mangal’s eyes.
