The episode of Sampoorna begins with Akash discovering through CCTV footage that Kuljeet was the one who helped Mitti escape from the Malhotra family. Furious, Akash confronts Kuljeet and demands to know if she realizes the gravity of her mistake. Kuljeet admits her fault but insists she will fix everything. When Akash questions how she plans to do so, Kuljeet shocks everyone by slapping him.
Rohit intervenes and asks Kuljeet what she is doing, but she warns him to stay silent or face the same treatment. Kuljeet, filled with anger and disappointment, tells Akash she is ashamed of the way he was raised. She says all the prayers she once offered for his well-being should now be taken back by God. Enraged, Akash tells her to stop, but his father and Rohit hold him back.
Akash bitterly remarks that he has realized something—that whether it’s a wife or a mother, a woman will always be a woman. Kuljeet questions if he dares to raise his hand on her and leaves with Smita in anger.
Meanwhile, Satendra meets Mitti and expresses relief that he arrived on time. He questions her about leaving home at 4 a.m. with a child the previous day. Mitti, surprised, asks how he knew about it. Satendra replies that he was aware and reminds her of his concern. Mitti, frustrated, tells him once again that she doesn’t need his help, though she appreciates what he has done for her in the past. She firmly says she can take care of herself and doesn’t want him interfering in her life anymore.
Satendra admits that when Mitti went to the police station to file a complaint against Akash, he considered walking away from her life. Mitti then asks why he continues to follow her. Satendra explains that she keeps making mistakes, and he cannot stop himself from worrying. Mitti responds that if she falls, it is her destiny, and if she rises, that too is her fate.
Noticing Satendra’s injury, Mitti gently applies antiseptic on his wound. Their closeness leads to a tender and emotional moment between them.
Elsewhere, Akash’s father confronts Kuljeet, accusing her of trusting outsiders over her own son. Kuljeet calmly replies that she is simply following her heart. She asks him to listen to his heart as well. Akash’s father recalls Naina and Suhana’s accusations against Akash and confesses his helplessness, saying his family is falling apart before his eyes.
On the other side, Akash drowns his anger in alcohol while thinking about Mitti. He vows to find her and make her pay for betraying him.
Back with Mitti and Satendra, she repeats that she doesn’t need his help. Satendra insists that he is only helping because it’s his duty as a police officer. Mitti reminds him that he no longer holds that position and demands to know why he always saves her when she’s about to fall. With deep emotion, Satendra finally confesses—he helps her because he loves her.
