In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, tensions rise as unexpected twists shake the Poddar family once again. Arman recalls his heated fight with Varun, while Abhira tries to focus on enjoying Myra’s poetry performance. Despite her efforts, the uneasy feeling lingers as Arman grows suspicious about being recorded.
Tanya overhears their conversation and interrupts, saying she just came to inform them that Kaveri’s performance has ended and Myra’s is about to begin. Abhira encourages Arman to relax and enjoy Myra’s heartfelt poem, which she dedicates lovingly to Madhav.
Meanwhile, danger lurks nearby. Varun disguises himself as a delivery boy to sneak into the venue. His malicious plan? To ruin the Poddars’ reputation using AI technology. As he sets up a hidden camera, Varun is stunned to discover that Tanya is actually supporting the Poddars. Despite warnings from his friend to leave, Varun stubbornly continues — only to commit a major blunder that exposes him.
Abhira, Arman, and Tanya quickly identify Varun. As chaos unfolds, Varun tries to flee, and Arman chases after him. During the chase, Varun attacks Arman but escapes with Sid’s help. Furious, Arman declares that Varun may hide and record secretly but lacks the courage to confront him face-to-face. Abhira calms him down as they realize the family’s safety is now at risk.
Back home, tension brews. The Poddars debate Arman and Abhira’s actions. Manisha mentions that Kiara is helping Myra with her homework, while Sanjay labels Arman and Abhira as irresponsible parents. Arman hits back, asking Sanjay to take a good look in the mirror before pointing fingers. Their argument escalates until Kaveri intervenes, commanding everyone to stop. She firmly declares that no one will leave the house for now.
Manoj worries about managing work from home, while Abhira insists Myra’s education must continue. Sanjay provocatively suggests sending Arman and Abhira away instead. Madhav reminds him that this is the Poddar house, not the Bansal house. Tanya tries to speak up, but Krish silences her. Arman stands firm, saying only Kaveri has the right to decide. Seeing her hesitation, Arman and Abhira make the difficult choice to leave the house.
Vidya pleads with them to reconsider for Myra’s sake. But Myra, feeling humiliated and isolated, says she wants a fresh start elsewhere. She decides to go with her parents, refusing to face further ridicule. Abhira consoles her, reminding Arman that Myra has already lost her friends — they can’t let her lose her family too.
Just then, Madhav reveals that the police have arrived. Tanya begins to panic about Krish. Meanwhile, Varun calls Tanya and threatens her to invest money or face exposure. He blackmails her with a compromising video, leaving Tanya horrified and helpless.
Abhira and Arman hand over the CCTV footage to the inspector, who promises a full investigation into the incident.
Precap: Myra faces allegations of tampering with her marksheet. Though Abhira and Arman defend her innocence, Myra feels crushed by guilt and insists that her parents are not to blame.
