The episode of Sampoorna on 10th October 2025 begins with Mitti messaging Karan, asking him to call her and share Simran’s phone number so that she can meet her in person.
Mitti’s Determination to Uncover the Truth
Soon after, Gudiya calls Mitti and questions where she is. Mitti replies that she has gone to Naina’s house to meet her. Shocked, Gudiya scolds her and says she must have lost her mind. Gudiya also informs Mitti that Akash came to her café asking about her. Mitti says she already knows and explains that Akash keeps calling, but she’s avoiding his calls because she needs to talk to Simran to uncover the truth.
Gudiya, confused, asks what she’s talking about. Mitti reveals that Gagan lied to them earlier, and that Naina was hurt when Prithvi’s men attacked them. She says she’s heading to the hospital to find Naina’s family address. Gudiya protests, but Mitti insists she has no other choice.
Mitti’s Secret Investigation
At the hospital, Mitti hides her face with a scarf and overhears Gagan speaking with Prithvi’s goons, assuring them he’ll handle everything just like before. Alarmed, Mitti quickly sneaks away.
She then bumps into a nurse and asks about Naina’s condition and if she can meet her. The nurse refuses, telling her to contact Gagan if she wants information about Naina. As Mitti leaves to avoid being caught, the nurse secretly calls Akash to report the situation.
Meanwhile, Gagan warns his family not to speak to Mitti if she tries to reach them. Mitti, still hiding, notices Gagan and the goons in the hospital premises.
Mitti Meets Simran
Mitti soon spots Simran arriving at the hospital. Thinking quickly, she calls a cab driver and asks him to hand his phone to Simran, saying that Mitti wants to talk to her. The driver complies, and Simran agrees to meet Mitti.
In a quiet, abandoned hospital room, Mitti confronts Simran and asks if her claims to Karan and Rachana were true. Simran confirms everything — explaining how Naina was attacked by goons while they tried to abduct her, resulting in her injury.
Mitti shows Simran a photo of Prithvi, asking if she recognizes him. Simran replies that she saw Prithvi with the same goons who threatened Naina.
Akash and Prithvi’s Dangerous Alliance
Meanwhile, Akash angrily calls Prithvi, saying Mitti has reached Naina’s hospital and accusing him of failing to control the situation. Prithvi warns Akash to calm down, reminding him that if he steps back now, nobody can save him. Akash counters by threatening to expose Prithvi’s fake MBBS marksheet, reminding him who truly holds power.
Mitti’s Shocking Discovery
Simran, emotional, asks Mitti what Naina did wrong and whether it was just her fault for loving a married man. Mitti asks if Naina was happy in that relationship, to which Simran says yes.
A flashback shows Naina telling Simran about her love affair and showing her engagement photos. When Mitti asks to see those photos, Simran shows them — and Mitti is left stunned to see that the man’s hand in the photos belongs to Akash.
The episode ends with Mitti realizing the devastating truth about Akash’s double life.

Prithvi tells Akash that a campaign has begun to reopen his case, and reveals that Mitti has signed the petition. Furious, Akash tells Kuljeet that Mitti has joined hands with his enemies. In anger, Akash raises his hand to hit her — but Mitti stops him, declaring that she won’t withdraw her signature this time.
