Yeh Rishta Today Episode: The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai brings a surprising twist as Arman makes an unexpected move that stuns everyone, especially Abhira.
Arman’s Entry Creates Chaos in the Hostel
The episode begins with Arman entering the boys’ hostel, where Rihan and Priyanshu are busy arguing over a towel. Their quarrel stops instantly when they see a new face — Arman. He introduces himself as a new candidate, but the boys aren’t ready to accept him so easily. They challenge him to do 50 pushups before he can enter the room.
Arman is almost done with the challenge when Abhira suddenly walks in. Seeing her, all three boys panic. Rihan quickly asks Priyanshu to hide him. When Abhira questions the chaos, Arman awkwardly replies that everyone is shouting because they are half-dressed. Embarrassed, Abhira immediately leaves the room. As a fun punishment, Rihan and Priyanshu ask Arman to cook Maggi for them since he failed their challenge.
Family Shocked by Arman’s Decision
Meanwhile, at home, Kajal and Vidya are stunned to discover that Arman has joined Abhira’s college. Myra defends Arman, saying he already knew they would overreact and that love can make people do crazy things. Kaveri, upset by Myra’s statement, switches off the TV and warns Vidya that Myra is getting influenced.
Just then, Abhira calls Vidya and insists on talking to Myra. Despite Vidya’s excuses, Abhira says she knows Myra is there. When Myra finally takes the call, Abhira directly asks her about Arman’s admission. Shocked, Myra tries to dodge the question, but Abhira accuses her of planning something with Arman. Myra, however, stays silent.
Arman and Abhira’s Unexpected Reunion
Later in the hostel, Sapna, Dipti, and other girls try to help Arman settle in. When Abhira sees him surrounded by girls, she’s both surprised and annoyed. Arman runs after her to explain, leading to an emotional confrontation.
Abhira demands to know why he joined her college. Arman confesses that he wants another chance at their relationship. Abhira reminds him that they’ve already given each other many chances. Arman insists that this time he wants to start from scratch and prove his love. He promises that whether he wins or loses, he’ll be happy knowing he tried.
Finally, both agree to start fresh and formally reintroduce themselves, marking a new beginning for their love story.
Tension at Home Over Puja Preparations
Back at home, Kaveri asks Myra if she spoke to Abhira. Myra says Arman sounded happy and suggests starting Diwali preparations. Vidya argues that Diwali is still far away, but Kajal proposes that Tanya and Krish should perform the puja this year. Vidya strongly disagrees, saying Tanya’s health doesn’t allow it and Krish always argues.
Their discussion turns into a heated debate. Kajal accuses Vidya of always favoring Arman and Abhira, while Vidya fires back, claiming Kajal only supports her own children. Kaveri intervenes, asking them to stop arguing in front of Myra and to focus on Karwa Chauth preparations first. Myra then curiously asks if Kajal is right — will Arman and Abhira really never reunite?
Abhira’s Growing Doubt
Elsewhere, Abhira learns that Lavanya has been stalking Arman on Dipti’s request. Curious and uneasy, she checks Arman’s social media accounts, which makes her feel more uncomfortable about the situation.
