Ishani Written Update, Latest Spoilers, Upcoming Story, and Twists – 17th September 2025 Episode
The episode begins with Anurag’s mother expressing her heartfelt wish. She tells everyone that her son has always loved Ishani, and it would give her peace if their marriage takes place soon. She assures Ishani not to worry about the wedding preparations, as she will handle everything. Ishani feels shy at her words.
Anurag promises Ishani that they will bring her mother home. However, Ishani reminds him that she will only do so after her divorce is finalized. She also recalls how, when she needed Anurag’s help, he did not step in, which led the bank to seize her house and forced her mother into a care center. Hearing this, Anurag’s mother remarks that Ishani married the wrong man. Anurag interrupts, saying they should leave the past behind. Still, his mother hopes for the day when Ishani officially becomes her daughter-in-law.
Pihu’s Disturbing Thoughts
On the other side, Pihu locks herself in her room. Shashwat knocks repeatedly, urging her to open the door, while Nandini questions her about why she looks so upset. Raj Didi tries to comfort her, reminding Pihu that Ishani has already asked for a mutual divorce, which means she won’t return to their home again.
But Pihu suspects something else. She believes Ishani wants the divorce only so she can marry Anurag. Filled with jealousy and anger, Pihu decides to take a drastic step. She tells herself that her death will not let Ishani and Anurag live happily together. She thinks Anurag will realize her true love only when he sees her gone. Pretending to sleep, she asks her family to leave her alone.
Once they leave, Pihu swallows sleeping pills. Tearfully, she tells her mother that she feels drowsy and prays to God, saying she no longer wants to live.
Anurag’s Mother Questions Ishani
Meanwhile, Anurag’s mother directly asks Ishani if she is ready to marry Anurag. She insists that life is giving Ishani a second chance, and she should grab it. Ishani admits that fate prevented her from marrying Anurag earlier, but now she fears losing her happiness if she accepts it. She also worries about how she will fight Shashwat.
Anurag reassures her, saying that truth is always on her side, and she will surely win. His mother comforts Ishani, telling her not to worry and offering to cook for everyone. But Ishani insists on taking care of the cooking herself.
Tragedy Strikes PihuLater, Shashwat again urges Pihu to open the door. This time, he grows suspicious and wonders aloud if she has done something reckless. Raj Didi dismisses his concerns, saying Pihu is probably just resting. But Shashwat refuses to calm down, worrying that her emotional nature and current trauma may have driven her to a dangerous step.
As the tension rises, the family realizes something is terribly wrong.

The episode ends with Shashwat discovering the truth and rushing Pihu to the hospital after her shocking suicide attempt.
