The latest episode of Jhanak begins with an emotional conversation between Rishi and Jhanak. Rishi advises Jhanak to stay strong and focus on fulfilling her and her mother’s dreams. Confused by his sudden change in behavior, Jhanak questions him. Rishi remains speechless, silently wondering why he himself is acting this way.
Jhanak soon realizes the truth and tells Rishi that he is only behaving like this because of the guilt of causing her accident. Though Rishi asks her to follow his advice and leaves, Jhanak firmly decides she doesn’t want his help. Heartbroken over her mother’s death, she vows not to depend on Rishi, despite their forced marriage. She makes up her mind to step out of his life so he can marry Aditi and live peacefully.
Police Investigation Against Rishi
Meanwhile at the police station, Krishnendu manipulates the IG and senior officers. He claims that Rishi deliberately caused Jhanak’s accident and is now misusing his power to cover it up. Two officers defend Rishi, pointing out that he was forced into marriage with Jhanak. But Krishnendu insists that a marriage is still valid, forced or not, and warns that Rishi may take advantage of Jhanak’s innocence. He adds that if Jhanak is sent back to her village, she will not be accepted there.
The IG grows furious upon learning that the investigation was stopped midway. He orders his team to resume the probe immediately and interrogate both Jhanak and Rishi separately to uncover the truth. Krishnendu secretly feels victorious but hides his smirk.
Aditi Pushes for Marriage with Rishi
At Rishi’s house, Aditi discusses her marriage plans with the family. She insists that she will only marry Rishi after Jhanak leaves. She also questions whether Nutan’s last rites will be performed in their house. Dadabhai clarifies that the rituals will be held in the village. He further explains that Rishi has taken responsibility for Jhanak’s education and that she may be shifted to a hostel.
Though Aditi pretends to be supportive by mentioning her father Anirudh, a social worker, she makes it clear that she doesn’t want Jhanak living in Rishi’s home.
When Rishi arrives, he questions Aditi about her visit. Annoyed, Aditi argues and lashes out at him for taking Jhanak’s responsibility. Rishi defends himself, saying he cannot live his life with guilt. At that moment, Jhanak enters and firmly declares she does not want any help from Rishi or his family. She announces her decision to return to her village.
Putul reminds Rishi of his promise to take Jhanak back, which only fuels Aditi’s anger. Despite repeated arguments, Jhanak stands her ground and asserts that decisions about her life cannot be made without her consent.
Police Questions Rishi About the Accident
The police team soon arrives at the house to question Rishi about Jhanak’s accident. They directly ask him about his real intentions. Aditi immediately blames Jhanak and her villagers for creating unnecessary trouble. She even accuses Jhanak of plotting all this just to stay close to Rishi.
When the officer turns to Jhanak, she strongly defends Rishi. She says she cannot understand why he would deliberately harm his own wife, especially being an honest officer. Her statement shocks everyone, while Aditi becomes furious.

In the upcoming episode of Jhanak, Phool introduces herself as Rishi’s wife, which sparks Aditi’s rage and leads her to confront Rishi. Meanwhile, Jhanak quietly writes a letter and plans to leave the house without anyone knowing.
