Pihu Demands Anurag’s Commitment
Pihu emotionally asks Anurag to say he will marry her. But Anurag refuses, reminding everyone that Pihu is only his student and nothing more. He makes it clear that he cannot marry her. Shashwat argues that if Anurag’s intentions were pure, he should have either informed the family or sent Pihu back home.
The principal points out that Pihu is an adult, but Nandini counters, saying she is too immature. Shashwat accuses Anurag of influencing Pihu, claiming that her declaration of love is because of him.
Police Question Anurag
The police inspector directly asks Anurag if he is ready to marry Pihu. Anurag again refuses, explaining that if he had married at the right age, Pihu would have been his daughter’s age. The inspector then questions whether he forgot this during the previous night. Anurag strongly denies ever touching Pihu, clarifying that he only let her stay because she arrived at his home at midnight.
Ishani argues that if Anurag really cared for Pihu, he would have immediately informed her family. Anurag, still hopeful, asks Pihu one last time to tell the truth. But Pihu lies, accusing Anurag of misbehaving with her. She says he took advantage of her and now must marry her if he wants her to withdraw the complaint.

Despite Anurag’s pleas, the inspector continues his assault, warning him not to repeat such mistakes. Anurag questions how the police can blindly trust Pihu’s words without investigating the truth. He declares he will not forget this injustice and that his lawyer will handle the matter. Broken and bruised, Anurag recalls how Ishani refused to believe in his innocence.
