The latest episode of Ishani opens with a flashback, revealing how Ishani and Anurag first met at an NGO. Ishani couldn’t stop smiling when she saw Anurag entertaining the kids by dressing up like a joker. Anurag, equally captivated, was mesmerized by Ishani at first sight. Their bond soon blossomed as they spent more time together and even went on romantic dates.

Months later, outside the airport, Anurag prepared to leave. He told Ishani it was time to say goodbye, but she insisted he should hurry before missing his flight. Anurag admitted he would be happy if that happened. Before leaving, he promised Ishani that he would call her every day and return in two years. Ishani, holding back tears, promised to wait for him. The two shared an emotional hug before parting ways.
However, things took a dark turn. A few days later, Ishani tried calling Anurag, but he never responded. Ambika revealed to Ishani that Anurag had learned about her past and decided to leave her. Heartbroken, Ishani still waited for him, but eventually, she accepted a marriage proposal from Shashwat. On the day of her wedding, Anurag saw Ishani marrying Shashwat and quietly walked away.
Present Day Drama
Back in the present, Pihu reveals that Anurag never promised marriage but allowed her to stay with him. Anurag defends himself, explaining that Pihu had threatened suicide, and that’s why he let her stay. Nandini suggests filing a complaint against Anurag, but he insists he never wronged Pihu.
When confronted, Pihu admits that Anurag still loves Ishani. This revelation shocks everyone. Shashwat mocks Anurag, accusing him of loving Ishani only because she is now the wife of a wealthy man. Anurag firmly denies this, claiming he earns enough and has no interest in money.
The situation escalates when Shashwat accuses Anurag of taking advantage of Pihu. Anurag explains that he had asked Pihu to inform Shashwat about her stay, but she refused. Pihu, however, recalls moments like Anurag hugging her and making breakfast, which fuels Ishani’s anger.
Ishani lashes out at Anurag, accusing him of hiding the truth. She claims he should have been honest instead of playing such games. Anurag tries to defend himself, saying everyone is misunderstanding him, but his words fall flat.
Pihu then begs Anurag to marry her, but he loses his temper and shouts at her. He says all he wants is peace, but ever since he crossed paths with the Sengupta family, his life has been full of chaos. Shashwat warns Anurag that he must face the consequences of his actions.
Later, Nandini advises Pihu to file a police complaint if she truly wants to marry Anurag. Shashwat supports the idea and takes Ishani along to the police station.

The episode ends on a tense note as Ishani reaches the police station with Shashwat.
