The latest episode of Jhanak begins with a tense confrontation. Rishi confesses to Tanushri that Jhanak’s accident happened because of him. Feeling guilty, he insists on signing the hospital papers, taking full responsibility to save her life. However, Abhimanyu warns Rishi against risking everything by signing. Despite this, Rishi remains firm—if he doesn’t sign, Jhanak could lose her life. The nurse also urges him to act quickly before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Dadabhai arrives with Putul and learns about Jhanak’s critical condition. He is shocked to see Rishi’s parents opposing his decision to sign. Supporting Rishi, Dadabhai scolds the family for lacking humanity and declares that even he could sign as Jhanak’s father. But Rishi, burdened with guilt, says it’s his responsibility since she is in this state because of him. The nurse takes Rishi inside, and Dadabhai follows. On the other hand, Abhimanyu expresses his frustration, questioning when they will finally be free from Jhanak, hinting at the troubles that might come with a police case.
Inside the hospital office, the manager asks Rishi to state his relationship with Jhanak before signing. Dadabhai firmly tells him to write that he is Jhanak’s husband. Though Rishi never accepted the marriage before, Dadabhai reminds him of the truth—their priority now is saving Jhanak. With no other option, Rishi signs the consent form as Jhanak’s husband. The doctor immediately begins Jhanak’s surgery.
After some time, the doctor informs them that the surgery is complete, but Jhanak’s condition is still unstable. She avoids giving false hope and asks them to inform Jhanak’s family since anything could happen. Putul worries about her survival, but the doctor says Jhanak’s strong willpower might help her recover. Rishi desperately pleads with the doctor to save Jhanak at any cost. The doctor acknowledges his concern, reminding him that it was his wife’s accident caused by him. Dadabhai then requests to meet Jhanak, and the doctor allows it.
When Jhanak regains consciousness, she sees Dadabhai beside her. He gently asks her not to speak and assures her that she will recover soon. Reminding her to be careful while crossing roads, he then steps outside, telling Rishi to go and meet her. Putul also insists that Jhanak will feel better seeing him.
Rishi enters Jhanak’s room, lost in thought about the hospital form where he once again declared himself as her husband. Jhanak opens her eyes and sees him. The nurse praises Rishi for going to such lengths to save his wife, calling Jhanak lucky to have him. Overwhelmed, Jhanak breaks into tears. Rishi comforts her, asking her not to cry. He admits that she lost blood because of him and promises to bring her family from Simulboni if she wishes. Asking her to rest, Rishi quietly leaves the room.
