The latest episode of Ishani begins with a shocking revelation. Shashwat presents evidence to the principal, claiming that Ishani withdrew her complaint only to protect her family’s reputation. He shows a letter as proof and questions how Ishani can continue in the same college where Anurag is teaching. Shashwat accuses Anurag of crossing boundaries, reminding him that Ishani is a wife and daughter-in-law, and a professor is never expected to behave in such a manner.
Pihu Confronts Anurag and Ishani
Pihu recalls how Anurag always seemed to know everything about Ishani. Suddenly, everything makes sense to her. Agreeing with Shashwat, she lashes out at Anurag, saying he used her trust. Turning towards Ishani, Pihu accuses her of betraying their friendship.
Despite Ishani’s attempt to explain, Pihu silences her and declares that Ishani broke her faith. Nandini watches with a sly smile. Feeling disgusted, Pihu calls Anurag shameless and questions why he hid the truth when she had confessed her love to him. Shashwat is stunned at this revelation. Pihu declares her hatred for both Anurag and Ishani before running away in tears. Ishani breaks down, looking helplessly at Anurag.
Shashwat and Ishani’s Heated Confrontation
Later, Ishani tries to clarify things with Shashwat in her room. She insists she had no idea about Anurag’s letter. Shashwat, however, assures her that he trusts she did nothing wrong. But he cannot forgive Anurag and vows to teach him a lesson, even if it costs Anurag his job.
He tells Ishani that Anurag has disrespected their marriage and family honor. Shashwat is also disturbed by Pihu’s breakdown and decides to speak to her later. When he asks Ishani why she appeared to support Pihu earlier, she denies it, saying Pihu never gave her a chance to explain.
Suspicious, Shashwat asks Ishani if she has any hidden feelings for Anurag. He recalls Nandini’s claim that the emotions could be mutual after reading the letter. But Shashwat wants Ishani’s truth directly. Locking the door, he presses her for answers.
Shashwat Crosses the Line
When Ishani tries to avoid intimacy, Shashwat accuses her of never accepting him as her husband and bluntly questions if she is having an affair with Anurag. Ishani denies the accusation, but Shashwat loses control. He strangles her and twists her hand, asserting that he is her legal husband and she cannot defy him.
