Anupama 19th June 2025 Written Update: The episode begins with Anupamaa being given the responsibility of serving food. But she feels uneasy and hides to avoid Prem and Anil. As Prem tastes the food, he realises Anupamaa’s presence in it. He wonders if Anupamaa has made this delicious food.

Meanwhile, Rahi and Parag visit Manohar. Manohar asks Rahia why she wants to start a classical dance academy. Rahia explains to him that even though classical dance has become less popular among today’s generation, its value and respect will return. Impressed by her determination, Manohar agrees to teach her and puts a condition that in return she should teach him hip-hop. When Manohar asks her from where she learned classical dance, Rahia hesitates and doesn’t give a clear answer.
Meanwhile, Gautam orders someone to keep an eye on Ansh and Prarthana. When Pari stops him and warns him not to interfere in their lives, Gautam threatens her. Pari then decides to warn Ansh and Prarthana. Gautam is now determined to keep an eye on the trio. Manohar once again asks Rahi who his guru was, but Rahi avoids answering.
Despite this, Manohar invites him to join his academy in Mumbai and gifts him a plant – for him and his cook. He praises Anupama a lot but doesn’t remember her name. Rahi clicks a picture with them. Anupama requests Sunita to let him go as she will take the payment online. But Sunita asks him to wait.
Prem gets lost in old memories while eating. Anupama is still hiding, but then he sees her in the mirror. A worried Anupama prays for her children’s safety and runs away after seeing Prem. When Prem stops him, Anupama asks him to stay away. Rahi fears that Anupama and Prem might come face to face. Parag turns his attention to food. Meanwhile, Anupama and Prem have an emotional conversation.
Anupama talks about her past decisions with regrets, especially about Samar and Aryan. Prem apologizes that he blamed her and kicked her out of the house. Rahi becomes more cautious seeing the growing closeness between Prem and Anupama.
Prem promises Anupama that he will reunite her with Rahi. When he sees Rahi’s bangle with Anupama, he realizes that Anupama and Rahi have met. Anupama pleads with him not to tell anything to Rahi as she doesn’t want her daughter to feel hatred towards him.
Meanwhile, while eating vada pav with Parag, Rahi suddenly remembers Anupama, but she immediately dispels the thought. Parag tries to distract her. Rahi gets some memories of her mother while Anupama silently appreciates Prem and remembers the old days.

In the upcoming episode, Anupama tells Prem that she doesn’t want to go back to her past anymore. She clearly states that she has no relation left with Rahi or the Shah family. When Prem mentions Anupama in his conversation with Rahi, Rahi stops him right there and clarifies that she doesn’t want to talk about the topic.
