A devastating head-on crash in Hamden claimed the lives of a 7-year-old child and their mother on Saturday night, leaving the community in shock.
According to Hamden police, the accident occurred just after 10 p.m. on Davis Street near Rogers Road. Emergency responders rushed to the scene, where multiple people were injured in the collision.
